HAJI CHE MAMAT - Chairman Tuan Haji served the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN) for the last 18 years. He has also served in the Prime Minister’s office and various other government departments for the first 14 years of his career. He has served a total of 32 years experience in the Civil Service. Major part of his service in the government was as the State Director for Selangor and Melaka Immigration for 15 years. He was later promoted to be the Division Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs. He served the ministry in various different divisions before retiring as the Division Secretary of Foreign Workers Management Unit. Tuan Haji has extensive years of experience on policies and operations matters relating to the Ministry of Home Affairs and in particular Immigration matters.

SIVA KUMAR RATNAM - Director Mr Siva Kumar comes with 18 years of experience in human resource consultancy and operations management. He has been specializing in Immigration matters since 1994. His wide arena of service ranges from serving in multinational and local companies. He has been involved in compensation & benefits survey and drawing up performance contract for various industries such as Oil and Gas, Securities and Information Technology. Mr Siva Kumar has had the privilege of handling large government projects, and has worked in representation of the Malaysian government with the Indonesian Government on Immigration related matters in 2005 involving foreign workers where he had served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer. He is thoroughly acquainted and precise with Immigration laws and processes and his knowledge in this industry would be well able to guide clients with their applications for an efficient, swift and unmatchable service.
